
Ghela Boskovich
Ghela is the Head of Europe for the Financial Data and Technology Association; she is also a well-known advocate for improving inclusiveness and diversity in Financial Services. Her past work has centered on fast-tracking internal innovation and the practical application and commercialisation of fintech/bank collaboration. Currently, she focuses on fostering an ethical data democracy, individual consumer empowerment over their data, data economy disruptive business models, and facilitating banks’ emerging technology consumption.

Helene Oger-Zaher
Helene is an innovation and payment specialist, currently working at the Financial Conduct Authority as a senior manager in the innovation department aiming to support beneficial and responsible innovation in the financial services sector, including through different sandboxes, innovation pathways and sprints. Before joining the FCA, she worked at the European Banking Authority, where she developed instruments in the payments and open banking space and led the supervisory work with all EU national competent authorities.

Leon Ifayemi
Leon Ifayemi is the Director of Coalitions and Research at the Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology (CFIT), where he leads coalitions/strategy and has convened over 100 global firms to drive innovation in the UK. He is also a Board Member at Digital Leaders, focusing on AI, digital transformation, and public policy. Leon has extensive fintech and proptech experience, having served as Director at SPCE Group and Senior Associate in Private Equity at Edmond de Rothschild. A seasoned panelist, he brings expert insights on fintech strategy, innovation, and transformation to industry events.

Professor Tatiana Kalganova
Professor Tatiana Kalganova is a Director of the Research Centre on AI: Social and Digital Transformation at Brunel University London. A winner of numerous international awards and regular keynote speaker, her latest focus is on green, environmentally friendly and trustworthy AI.

Colin Griffiths
Colin Griffiths has worked in consumer advocacy for 15 years. He is currently a Policy Manager at Citizens Advice working on Smart Meters, Smart-enabled products and services and cross-economy data policy.
